• Support agency growth through the sales and service of home and auto Insurance products.
• Proactively complete client reviews, focusing on the home and auto portfolio, and cross-selling financial advice products and services.
• Complete front-line risk assessment and selection, following underwriting guidelines.
• Complete inspections as required.
• Respond to and investigate client questions and concerns, resolve client complaints and escalate issues appropriately.
• Participating in events to create brand awareness and developing, maintaining, and cultivating community contacts to enhance agency visibility and maximize new business opportunities.
• Working with clients to review goals, providing risk management advice and recommendations for coverage, completing policy updates, and documenting required changes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and policy information.
• Stay informed about industry trends, insurance regulations, and product updates.
• All other duties as assigned.
