We׳re looking for a talented Associate Insurance Product Manager to join a growing and dynamic team focused on developing Lemonade’s car insurance offerings.
You’ll collaborate with our actuarial and underwriting experts to ensure we profitably grow Lemonade Car, crafting an experience that makes insurance fast, simple, and delightful. As a member of the Insurance Product team, you will help drive forward our product roadmap, while monitoring and measuring the progress of key initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with actuarial and underwriting experts to work on the development of coverage, pricing levels, and eligibility requirements
  • Collaborate with the Insurance Operations team to facilitate regulatory approval for new features—such as rate changes or product enhancements—and work closely with the Product team to implement them
  • Research market trends and competitor actions and make relevant recommendations to profitably grow the car business
  • Gather product specification documents to identify project requirements
  • Measure the impact of product changes, and ensure the implementation matches what was planned
  • Manage ongoing product performance, monitoring results and performing maintenance
