ASSOCIATE INTERNATIONAL DUE DILIGENCE / PROJECT RISK MANAGER (M/F/D)

My client is one of the leading project developers for renewable energies in Germany. The group’s project pipeline currently exceeds 19 gigawatts across all its markets. Through its operational management company , it also takes over the operational management of wind and PV parks.
Let’s work together successfully on implementing the energy transition. For their international Due Diligence department, we are looking for an Associate International Due Diligence / Project Risk Manager (m/f/d).

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE ENERGY TRANSITION

As part of our team, you will independently analyze and assess wind and solar projects in our international markets. You will also accompany the projects during the financing and construction phases until their sale to investors. Continuously seeking the best possible solution, you will work with our highly qualified partners in the diverse and exciting field of renewable energies, always keeping the joint project success in mind.

  • Systematic analysis, examination, and evaluation of wind and solar projects for internal and external quality assurance
  • Examination of contracts for land securing and corresponding easements, as well as their alignment with the existing project planning
  • Examination of other project documents and contracts with a constant focus on risk assessment
  • Contact person for due diligence in purchase, sale, and financing processes
  • Examination and administration of project documentation for information exchange with credit institutions and investors
  • Interface in intensive exchange with the project managers of our foreign branches and experts in the entire UKA Group
  • Monitoring of open issues and support in finding solutions
  • Maintaining standardized overviews and tables with all essential project information
