(SENIOR) ASSOCIATE, GLOBAL IT ASSET MANAGEMENT, MANCHESTER, ONSITE

Our dedicated Global IT Asset Management (\ITAM) team works to manage and optimize IT assets throughout their lifecycle for our internal stakeholders at all levels.
We are currently looking for a (Senior) Associate to join our team in Manchester. The successful candidate will focus on infrastructure procurement, have project management skills and the ability to build and management relationships across various internal departments and stakeholders alike. The candidate will be reporting into the IT Asset Management Lead and will be part of a global team. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior global procurement experience or vendor management background
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow preferred
  • Knowledge of Project Management
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with MS-Office applications, Excel, PPT, MS-Word, SharePoint
  • Must be organised and detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently and within a team

Responsibilities:

  • Procurement of Infrastructure, Network, A/V Equipment for Real Estate Buildouts
  • Procurement of Laptops – Global Standards/Catalog in place
  • Services related to Network, A/V Equipment for Real Estate Buildouts as needed
  • Software related to that hardware
  • Maintenance Contracts related to that hardware
  • Order tracking
  • Coordination with Real Estate, Engineering, Field Services, and other stakeholders as needed
  • Adherence to IT policies, processes, contracts, negotiation and managing the SLAs, suppliers
  • Financial chargebacks
