Our EMEA Distribution Center in Dordrecht is looking for an Indirect Procurement Specialist who is a member of the Global Support Team and provides IT support largely for the Crocs EMEA Region, while being available to assist other regions. This role will focus on providing deskside technical support by responding to incidents and requests reported by users. Support includes, but is not limited to, documenting all relevant information in the system of record; troubleshooting the issue within the parameters of ITIL frameworks, ITSM processes and best practice; reviewing and resolving assigned tickets; communicating and escalating issues using sound judgment and self-initiative, and delivering the highest level of customer service.Must possess strong interpersonal attributes, a collaborative mindset, good judgement, clear communication skills and the desire to help others.

Responsibilities:

End User Support (Onsite and remote)

  • Help end users with hardware and software issues and be the first point of contact at the IT office.
  • Prepare hardware for new hires and help them get started on their first day.

Warehouse Support

  • Support Team Leads, Supervisors and Managers in the warehouse.
  • Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance of desktops, printers, and WMS scanners.
  • Together with one colleague you are responsible for two warehouse locations.

Ticketing System

  • Create, pickup and resolve tickets. Document troubleshooting steps and solutions found.

Meeting Room equipment (Microsoft Teams)

  • Help end users with setting up meetings, support meetings and troubleshoot meeting room issues.

Global Cooperation

  • Work together with the ServiceDesk and your teammates in different regions. Sharing and documenting knowledge, processes and procedures.
