We are looking to expand our team and are seeking a Property Analyst to join us in Melbourne. You will join a dynamic team with a focus on culture, excellence, and a bias to action.

Responsibilities:

The role of Property Analyst will provide broad exposure across our real estate advisory and investments business including real estate capital transactions, investment management and development. The role provides a broad range of responsibilities and opportunities including:

  • Preparing detailed financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
  • Running feasibilities and financial models for new investment opportunities.
  • Conduct research and analysis of various asset sectors and market trends and produce succinct reports/ presentations to support the proposed investment or development.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to support business development initiatives – including pitches to capital providers and other clients.

For this role, we are seeking a candidate with a background in finance or property who has experience in banking/ non-bank lending, investment banking, property analytics or deal advisory.
