Your expertise will extend to corporate finance, acquisition finance, asset finance, project finance, invoice discounting, and refinancing, whether on bilateral or syndicated terms. You’ll have the autonomy to steer cases from inception to completion, nurturing invaluable client relationships along the way.
  The ideal candidate is a passionate legal professional with a “can-do” attitude. You will bring a minimum of 3 years’ post-admission experience in private practice in the banking and finance space and a valid Australian practicing certificate. Your stellar communication skills and an unwavering eye for detail are also a must, as is building strong business relationships and delivering exceptional client service are at the core of what they do.
