We monetize billions of monthly music streams and have collected over millions in previously unclaimed revenue for artists and labels. Clients include Ice Spice, Future, JLo, City Girls, Slander, Marshmello, Don Diablo, Trippie Redd, Migos, and more

SUMMARY:

The Associate M&A will support the entire M&A deal lifecycle from deal origination to deal execution to post-acquisition integration. This role will be a key resource in M&A strategy and execution and will collaborate closely with executive management and external advisors, as well as have exposure to most internal organizations along the deal lifecycle.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance and/or Economics (or a related field)
  • 2-3 years of experience in corporate development, private equity, investment banking / M&A advisory, or consulting
  • Previous experience building detailed financial / valuation / M&A models
  • Previous experience across the M&A and investment lifecycle from deal origination to deal execution and documentation, to post-acquisition integration and management
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Strong written/verbal presentation, communication, inter-personal skills
  • Ability to gain credibility and trust with senior leaders and decision-makers
  • Solution and results oriented with ability to solve problems
  • Previous music industry experience preferred
  • CFA, CPA, MBA / MFin preferred
