QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
• Admission to the Australian legal practice as a solicitor.
• 2-5 years of experience in major projects and infrastructure law, preferably within a reputable law firm.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate legal concepts into practical advice.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
• Collaborative and adaptable mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to guide major projects and infrastructure initiatives.
• Advise clients on legal aspects of project development, including regulatory compliance and risk assessment.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of project-related agreements and contracts.
• Collaborate across practice areas to provide holistic legal solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
• Participate in client meetings, offering strategic insights and legal perspectives.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in due diligence processes for project acquisitions.
• Engage with government authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
