The Company’s Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 118,944.00 USD - 156,114.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives.   • 5 years of experience in marketing/brand management at a consumer products company.
  • Bachelor’s degree

Based in San Francisco and reporting to the Manager of Commercial Brand Development of method + Ecover North America, the Commercial Brand Development Associate Manager plays a pivotal part in the organization. You will help set strategy and work directly with every department on a day-to-day basis - sales, brand experience, new product development, operations and finance - to drive business results. This is a hands-on role where your curiosity, initiative and energy level will have a direct impact on the business and the broader SC Johnson Lifestyle Brands organization. The role has day-to-day exposure to both functional and company leadership teams.
