Responsibilities:

SEE YOURSELF IN THIS ROLE AT EPAM

The Associate Manager of Operations & Compliance will play a central role in ensuring that all operational, administrative, and compliance functions from Business Units align with EPAM/Client policies and best practices. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, be experienced in liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and showcase leadership in fostering innovation and upholding company values.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Partner closely with management to guarantee that operational, administrative, and compliance activities adhere to contractual and regulatory standards
  • Demonstrate stellar stakeholder engagement, effectively interacting and influencing at all organizational levels
  • Navigate and multitask within intricate environments, handling sizable portfolios
  • Cultivate and sustain professional relationships with clients, internal departments, and external vendors
  • Oversee and enhance operational systems, processes, and infrastructure
  • Proactively identify and manage issues, conflicts, and barriers, ensuring timely resolutions and escalations when necessary
  • Continually refine operational management systems, processes, and best practices
  • Collaborate with the onboarding/compliance team to ensure consistent business operations, fostering positive team morale and upholding the company’s core values
  • Manage and implement contractual compliance activities for key accounts
  • Engage with direct supervisors, team leads, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Display initiative in adapting to new tasks, offering innovative ideas and solutions
  • Possess thorough knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Use MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook
