Description:

JOB SUMMARY

Master Data Management SME with knowledge of all SAP masters & transactions data Governance & administration. The job involves enagagement across different functions of Business & IS in order to ensure that clean data is maintained for IFFCO Businessess.
THe role also requires a blend of functional & IS technical skills to deal with clean data.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

Must have any Sciences or Business Degree.
An MBA would be optional

QUALIFICATION

Total work experinces of 10+ years, including 5+ years of leading complex Master Data Management (MDM) Functions of similar scale
Experience in FMCG organizations is preferable.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all operations of an Master Data Management SME with knowledge of all SAP masters and transactions as an interface between business unit heads, IS & SAP roll out team
  • Knowledge of SAP Masters, sequence of load, data cutover implications
  • Knowledge of Data validation, templates and techniques needed as in office productivity tools apart from general knowledge of any data validation tools
  • Own, lead and drive data collection, correction initiatives with business owners and data cutover along with the IFFCO IS process lead
  • Challenge any data integrity issues and champion for clean and accurate data being moved from source to target SAP systems”
  • Build healthy relationships with different organizational stakeholders such as BU function heads, IS leads, Project team function leads
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders by establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
  • Solve problems creatively whilst demonstrating a high level of integrity in line with the company’s core values and smooth conflict resolution.
  • Drive development of contractual resources for the roll outs
  • Monitor and measure performance according to the contractor policies
  • Identify areas of development and draws up action plans to address poor performance
