The Associate Manager, Digital Experience leads planning and delivery of their portfolio of critical site experiences. Through their vision, research, planning, and strategy, customer experiences will be created and managed through ongoing partnership with key site stakeholders including merchants, marketing, and technology. The Associate Manager, Digital Experience creates a truly frictionless online shopping experience, and helps customers shop products they want on Walmart.ca, to save time and money, and live better!

  1. Site Experiences design and execution:
  • Develop experiences across Walmart.ca to ensure it best reflects core messages for our customers
  • Brief key delivery teams on elements required to bring experiences to life, and program manage those elements from strategy through to deployment
  • Research, document, and maintain best practices for digital and mobile across key experiences
  • Develop plans to showcase key priorities across the entire digital customer journey to drive awareness and engagement
  1. Path to purchase improvement:
  • Analyze and improve customers’ path to purchase, and navigational metrics
  • Browse experience: manage various pages and customer flows, while optimizing navigational elements and customer messaging based on site data
  • Site search experience: understand customer search behavior and keywords/queries to optimize the experience within the search result pages, and improve conversion (visual navigation, filters, synonyms, re-directs and auto-directs, boosting, etc.)
  1. Performance and analytics:
  • Monitor page performance and implement optimizations based on data driven analysis.
  • Leverage data sources from web analytics, customer research, vendor partners, and industry reports to constantly improve customer satisfaction
  1. A/B tests and optimization:
  • Support the development of testing/experimentation plans with your team to iterate on site experiences and constantly enhance customer engagement
  1. Strategic partnership with internal stakeholders:
  • Partner with various internal teams (merchants, marketplace, marketing, SEO etc.) to improve processes, identify opportunities, and scale best practice and governance, driving continual assessment and improvement of the site’s strategic direction and execution.
  • Communicate and interact effectively with leaders across all functional areas.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education Required University Degree
Minimum Years of Experience Required 3 - 6 years‎
