JOB PROFILE SUMMARY

Roles in this Job Family design, solution, deploy, migrate, manage, and change infrastructure services. Including but not limited to Firewalls, LAN/WAN, servers, storage, mainframe, networks, cloud networks, VPN, datacenter technologies, and physical items such as cabling.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Firewall experience required on Cisco and Fortinet platforms.
• Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology management
• Proficiencies in technical knowledge and teamwork
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications, such as CCNP, Azure Fundamentals, or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, are a plus
