What You Will Do
The position is responsible for:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Marketing Manager to oversee travel retail division and International business for DR.CI:LABO. The Associate Marketing Manager will leverage knowledge of travel retail to deliver toolkit and guidance based on the brand strategy of Dr.CI:LABO.
- The Associate Marketing Manager will collaborate with brand teams and commercial market leads to develop the 3YOP Marketing plan with a strong outside in focus.
- The Associate Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving brand awareness, developing growth plans to increase top line sales, and enhancing consumer engagement across various touchpoints in travel retail channels and in international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategy and plan to land Japan and China brand campaigns in TR channel to leverage tourists’ mental availability built in their home countries to drive purchase within travel retail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development and operations to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Develops and ensure the implementation of consistent and aligned brand guidelines according to the brand playbooks (Influencer/HCP/Shopper)
- Develop 3 year Marketing plan and strategy, guiding portfolio choices and priorities and handle pricing strategy and execution
- Works in close collaboration brand development team to develop brand guidelines, assets, and toolkits
- Lead the marketing mix strategics across channels (social media, online, offline)
- Create and deliver compelling marketing campaigns, promotions and activations tailored to the unique needs and preferences of travelers.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and innovation and managing threats and risks as they arise.
- Handle Trade PR and communications
- Manage advertising and promotional budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve targets.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives through regular analysis of sales data, market research and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing marketing activities in the travel retail sector.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Marketing or related discipline; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience 7-10 years in marketing roles, preferably in consumer goods or luxury brands.
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of successfully leading and managing teams and projects.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis and marketing analytics tools
- Travel retail experience a plus
