Western Health is seeking a highly motivated Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to provide leadership to our Custodial Health nursing team at Dame Phyllis Frost Centre (DPFC), a women’s prison in Melbourne’s West. The ANUM is an integral member of the team, assisting the Nurse Unit Manager to ensure provision of high quality and patient centred care whilst achieving effective operational management of the clinical environment.
The multidisciplinary team provides an holistic and interconnected service to patients at DPFC. Successful applicants will be provided with an orientation and training program including additional training to support the delivery of culturally appropriate, trauma informed, gender affirming care for all patients including priority cohorts.
