Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager or highly motivated Registered Nurse looking to grow, to lead and inspire our dedicated and enthusiastic team to deliver best practice, patient centred care, providing day chemotherapy regimes and Apheresis services including Stem cell collection.
In this full time permanent role, based in East Melbourne, you will report to the Nurse Unit Manager, and be part of the Day oncology leadership team and in conjunction with the NUM will be responsible for the performance of the highly skilled Day oncology/Apheresis team.
Responsibilities:
You will either be in an ANUM role or looking to step into an ANUM role. You are a good communicator, flexible in your approach and have natural ability to show compassion and empathy to patients and their families. You’re keen to progress your career, learn how to lead a unit and are open to mentoring and accessing internal leadership programs that support your journey.
