The Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) is a valued member of the leadership team at Peninsula Health, committed to upholding Peninsula Health’s values and meeting organisational goals. The ANUM supports the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) and when required acts in their role to provide effective leadership and management of the Unit. The ANUM works with the NUM to oversee the delivery of safe, evidence based, person centred care to achieve optimal health outcomes.
