The Boeing Company is seeking Associate or Mid-Level Manufacturing Technology Analysts to join us in North Charleston, SC.
THE POSITION MUST MEET EXPORT CONTROL COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS, THEREFORE A “US PERSON” AS DEFINED BY 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 IS REQUIRED. “US PERSON” INCLUDES US CITIZEN, LAWFUL PERMANENT RESIDENT, REFUGEE, OR ASYLEE.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE):
- 3 or more years of work experience or bachelor’s degree or higher
- 3 or more years of experience with CMES
- 3 or more years of proven experience with production systems in a manufacturing or engineering capacity
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- 5 or more years of proven experience with production systems in a manufacturing or production capacity
- 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of Airplane Production Life Cycle
- Experience with EPLAN, IVT, CATIA V5, ENOVIA AND VELOCITY
TYPICAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Associate: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years’ related work experience, 7 years’ related work experience, etc.).
Mid-Level: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years’ related work experience, 10 years’ related work experience, etc.).

Responsibilities:
- Gathers and supports the evaluation of technical data for specific projects requiring manufacturing engineering practices.
- Participates or manages projects using approved project management techniques.
- Initiates changes to supporting processes and related documentation.
- Provides low-level training on procedures and processes related to engineering and production.
- Assists in the development of production proposal activities.
- Provides technical and administrative assistance to meet regulatory, production and process requirements.
- Communicates with internal stakeholders to ensure products and services compliance.
- Works under general supervision.
