Associate or Sr. Associate, Marketing - Oncology and Inflammation Business Unit
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical/medical industry experience
- Product Management experience with biologics
- Demonstrated track record on delivering results
- Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to think quickly and solve problems
- Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to drive business results in a heavily matrixed, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated success and ability to drive influence across partners to align work efforts and achieve results
- Experience working closely with field sales organizations to ensure field needs are met
- Outstanding project management skills and experience managing multiple vendors and agency partners
- Capable of successfully managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Responsibilities:

- Work with the cross-functional Brand Team and manage the working relationships between all internal partners (sales, medical affairs, regulatory, market access) and external partners, to ensure that brand plans and objectives are implemented and achieved
- Support creation of marketing plans (strategic and tactical)
- Support development of PAAB approved promotional field materials
- Work with brand teams to lead development of PSP promotional field materials.
- Support or lead implementation of brand plan tactics
- Lead project management for the planning and agenda development of Semester and Launch meetings
- Be part of cross functional project teams focused on operation of programs, initiatives, and/or strategies
- Ensure compliance of strategy/initiatives with external and internal regulations (e.g. Data Privacy, Compliance)
- Ensure cross-functional consistency with regard to strategy and concepts
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve objectives. These groups include external customers and consumers, external vendors / agencies and Field Sales
- Work with brand team to support planning and delivery of Advisory Boards / Consultancy Meetings
- Competitive Intelligence Initiatives
