Lightspeed is seeking a contract Associate Partner Growth Manager to join our dynamic Partner Growth Team in NOAM. Reporting to our Director, Partner Growth, this role is responsible for developing and growing profitable relationships with referral and reseller partners in a geographical territory; daily tasks involve motivating, training and working collaboratively with partners in order to drive net-new pipeline for Lightspeed. The ideal candidate will have experience selling technology-based solutions through reseller channels, and will not be afraid of a fast-paced, high-energy inside sales environment.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Active engagement with existing partners to bring in new customers to Lightspeed;
  • You will develop, manage and maintain the pipeline to achieve the assigned territories sales quotas.
  • You will provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline reporting and forecasts from channel partners in the territory;
  • Execute MBR, QBR and ABR with partners
  • You will ensure a high-quality two-way communication between channel partners and Lightspeed;
  • Lead one-on-one screen-sharing presentations as required;
  • Ensure market leading support is provided, including access to training, marketing and technical resources as required
  • Assist our Partner Development in acquiring the Ideal Partner Profiles by way of sharing quality feedback & market insights
  • Work hand-in-hand with our Sales Development and Account Executive teams to execute on industry and region goals

What you’ll be bringing to the team:

The partnerships team is unique, we are the commercial team with a very large focus on the product and its newest features.

  • 3-5 years of partnerships/B2B/channel experience (Software sales experience preferred);
  • You have amazing negotiating skills and experience in generating sales forecasts
  • Great understanding of the Partnership landscape; but always keeping in mind the needs of our customers and the market;
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills, group presentation skills
  • Ability to develop comprehensive referral partner seller growth strategies
  • You’ll be a large stakeholder in the partnership strategy and work together with the region Sales Managers;
  • You will bring your energy to this very energetic and diverse team. Within the team you have the opportunity to work with the true negotiator as well as with the more technical partner managers to help the partners on deals;
  • You have the experience to train, motivate, and foster relationships with potential partners;
  • You thrive in a fast-moving environment & a strong positive attitude
