Job Description
We are looking for an Associate, People Operations (all genders) to join the People Operations Team in Berlin on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

You have recently graduated or already bring at least 6 months of work experience in the field of People Operations/HR, Business administration or similar

  • You bring a high level of technical curiosity and system orientation and have ideally worked with HRIS systems like Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP or similar already
  • You have first experience in working with CRM ticket systems like JIRA, ServiceNow, Salesforce or similar
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a good understanding of German (B1+)
  • You are quality-driven and a fast learner and have superior attention to detail
  • You are characterized by discretion, initiative, team spirit, and flexibility and are not afraid of taking ownership of assigned projects

Responsibilities:

  • As a vital part of the Hero Support team acting as the first point of contact for all our heroes, you act as a trusted advisor on policies and procedures and provide support in answering key queries to ensure a best-in-class employee experience.
  • You will manage a wide variety of queries and questions from employees through our ticket system (JIRA) and help manage and monitor our internal People Portal knowledge base to enable self-service for all stakeholders.
  • You deliver and execute common and transaction-based services for the People Operations team including employment contract creation, contract amendments, termination letters, certificates, employment confirmation letters etc.
  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate employee data in our HRIS (Workday), e.g. e.g. supporting with preparatory data to go to the payroll team.
  • You work closely together with other People Operations teams (e.g. Talent Acquisition and People Business Partners) as well as other stakeholder groups (e.g. Legal and Payroll) in order to deliver high quality and timely responses to all our heroes.
  • You have the possibility to actively impact and (re-)create our current ways of working by participating in operational cross-team People projects (on e.g. (global) compliance or process-related topics)
