Description:
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist in the UAE, preferably within the F&B sector.
- Strong understanding of UAE Labor Laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in report submission and data management using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or similar tools.
- Proven experience in managing disciplinary procedures effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with UAE Nationals.
- Fluency in Arabic is required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Laws and regulations, providing advice and guidance to management as needed.
- Develop and coordinate training initiatives tailored to employee needs, fostering continuous professional development.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing their concerns, grievances, and providing support as necessary.
- Contribute to performance management activities, including assisting with goal setting and conducting performance appraisals.
- Maintain meticulous records of HR activities, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in data management.
- Generate insightful reports on HR metrics and initiatives, offering actionable insights
- Manage disciplinary procedures with fairness and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure HR strategies align with organizational objectives and culture.
- Develop and implement Emiratisation strategies to attract, retain, and develop kitopians within the organization.
- Collaborate with other departments to align Emiratisation efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
