Working within a high performing team and collaborating closely with other parts of PwC, you will be responsible for adding value to your client portfolio through the delivery of People & Organisation projects in the field of HR Transformation, Change Management, Leadership, Culture, Organisation Design, Workforce Transformation and People Analytics.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in any discipline and/or professional accounting qualification such as the ICAEW / ACCA / MICPA-CAANZ /CPA Australia
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess good leadership skills and demonstrate resilience
  • Able to demonstrate ability to interact with people of different backgrounds and build meaningful relationships
  • Able to demonstrate analytical thinking and business acumen

Responsibilities:

  • You will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution
  • You will support the team in building and leveraging relationships with clients, support sales process in developing proposals, market propositions etc
  • You will support business development, thought leadership and research & development activities as appropriate
  • You will contribute to overall development and growth of the People & Organisation practice
