PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ideally Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply qualified within the last 3 years.
ANALYTICAL SKILLS:
- Experience in analyzing procurement expenditure and contracts.
- Ability to collect and interpret market data to inform procurement decisions.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Good working knowledge of contract law.
- Excellent organizational, scheduling, and planning skills with a high degree of initiative.
COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
- Confident and assertive communication skills, both written and verbal.
