Description:

In order to be able to deliver the care required to children and young people with a range of health care needs, we will ensure you receive appropriate training with annual skills updates, and have the opportunity to undertake formal training should you wish. The skills required will include nutritional management via gastrostomy, epilepsy care, medicines management, excellence in communication with children with learning disability and a sound understanding of the safeguarding agenda. You will be able to teach others in practice and be an advocate for the child. Happy to Talk Flexible Working - all requests for flexible and part time working will be considered.
