JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities

• Architect and Develop AI Solutions:

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI models and applications.
o Leverage GenAI Stack to create intelligent systems that solve complex business problems.

o Integrate AI components with existing systems and APIs.

• AWS Solutions and Infrastructure:

o Proficiency in AWS services, including Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, and Inferentia.
o Design scalable and cost-effective architectures for AI workloads on AWS.

o Optimize performance and cost using serverless and containerized solutions.

• Machine Learning Expertise:

o Apply ML algorithms for tasks such as classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation.
o Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

o Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision (CV) techniques.

• Programming Skills:

o Proficiency in Python and R.
o Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for AI model development.

o Implement custom solutions using Bedrock APIs and other relevant tools.

• Research and Innovation:

o Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and ML.
o Experiment with novel approaches and contribute to research initiatives.

o Drive innovation within the organization.

• Collaboration and Leadership:

o Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
o Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
o Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional IT experience, with a focus on AI and ML.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
