Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Associate Procurement Analyst to join our In-Service Supply Chain – Stability and Initiatives team Seattle, Washington or Seal Beach, California!
The Procurement Analyst’s statement of work includes a variety of Supply Chain functions, including, but not limited to data analysis management and reporting, driving and ensuring completion of critical team action items, oversight and facilitation of team meetings, collaboration and coordination with internal team and other stakeholders throughout Supply Chain and beyond, development of tools to improve team productivity, support of the leadership team and additional duties as assigned. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE):
- 3+ years of experience working Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW).
- 3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
TYPICAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years’ related work experience , 7 years’ related work experience, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to process data distribution requirements for engineering product definition data (drawings, documents, parts lists, specifications) and the maintenance of the Keep Up to Date (KUTD) requirements for suppliers/partners.
- You will provide direct support to BCA Supply Chain for procurement contract requirements for access, distribution, exchange and receipt of engineering data utilized by the BCA supplier base.
- Defines, designs, plans and deploys internal/external projects.
- Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.
- Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan. Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals.
- Supports the development and implementation of strategies.
- Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows.
- Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis. Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders. Develops risk mitigation plan.
