Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Associate Procurement Analyst (L2) to join and support the Defense Repairs Supplier Management team located in Dallas, TX. The successful candidate will support procurement activities for aftermarket repair services in support of defense platforms in a fast-paced environment while learning new skills, solving challenging problems, and experiencing opportunities to grow in the Supply Chain organization across all business units.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 3+ years of Supply Chain experience in Aerospace, Defense or another industry
  • 3+ years of experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations
  • 3+ years of experience supporting both internal and external customers across multiple disciplines
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Supplier Data Analysis and/or Procurement experience
  • 3+ years of experience participating in analytics projects and initiatives across multiple functions and business units
  • 3+ years of experience in a role that required articulating data analysis summaries verbally or via PowerPoint presentations to various audience including senior management
  • 3+ years of experience in developing and maintaining relationships/partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and cross-functional teams both internally and externally

TYPICAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Defines, designs, plans and deploys internal/external projects
  • Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators
  • Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan
  • Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals
  • Supports the development and implementation of strategies
  • Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows
  • Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis
  • Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders
  • Develops risk mitigation plan
