REQUIREMENTS:

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience with track record in portfolio management or a related field such as Commercial, Marketing, Strategy. Added advantage for those with experience managing packs and pricing, 3rd party apps and product features.
  • Strategic and customer focused attitude. Able to build a good understanding of the market landscape and customer needs to form the basis of plans to achieve a set of defined goals and objectives.
  • Research and analytical ability – able to draw conclusions and recommendations based on insights and data. Added advantage for those who have experience using SAP / Tableau or any other data analytics platform.
  • Proactive problem solver with ability work through challenges, recommend plausible and creative solutions.
  • Able to develop business cases which can be refined with input from Commercial and Finance. Requires proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great multitasking skills and someone with good attention to details

We are searching for enthusiastic personnel who has “out-of-box” thinking and has prior experience in managing partnership and go-to-market initiatives

  • Develop go-to market (GTM) strategies for PayTV product packaging including product propositions, pricing and packaging in line with Pay TV objectives and underpinned by customer and market insights.
  • Drive the product delivery by producing business requirements and collaborating with the technical team to support the implementation.
  • Champion the execution of new product packaging rollout and continuous product improvement by owning the briefing and messaging of changes to our product and proposition.
  • Drive the adoption and usage of paytv packages integrated to Astro product suite.
  • Engage with Commercial team to develop and enhance sales & distribution channels to increase reach and deepen the penetration of the product amongst Astro customers. Collaborate with Marketing & Digital teams to create brand presence both offline and online.
  • Own and responsible to drive continuous improvement on end-to-end customer journeys and processes.
  • Continuously develop and improve product training materials and objection handlings for customer facing channels.
  • To work closely with Legal and Regulatory team to ensure compliance with MCMC and legal requirements.
  • Ensuring alignment across the various business teams namely Content, Marketing, Commercial, Finance and Technology and key partners in regular working groups.
  • In charge of driving and monitoring the performance of the portfolio KPIs
