KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

• At least 3 years’ experience in financial services, with a particular emphasis Managed Accounts (including SMAs and MDAs) and Wrap platforms.
• Working knowledge of the legislative/ technical rules impacting platforms, Managed Accounts and investments.
• Good communications skill (verbal and written).
• Be able to manage competing priorities.
• A collaborative team player that can also work automously
• A high level of enthusiasm, engagement and eagerness to learn & develop

THE ROLE

This role is an important part of the Product Management Team and is responsible for supporting with the ongoing management and compliance of the HUB24 Managed Portfolio Service and the Managed Discretionary Account (MDA) offer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Production and ongoing maintenance of disclosure documents
• Assisting with disclosure content development for new product features and changes in legislation
• Supporting with required implementation activities including communications and collateral
• Responding to product administration queries
• Day to day management of the Managed Portfolio Service and Managed Discretionary Account Projects support and participation
• Supporting the business successfully transition to MDA offer to the HUB24 technology platform Areas of focus
• Work collaboratively within the team to deliver on business outcomes
• Responding to day to day queries and to ensure a high quality customer experience
• Develop and maintain product procedures, policies and supporting content
