Description:

Responsibilities

  • Ensures delivery of high-quality features that deliver customer benefit and delight.
  • Actively drive the creation of monitoring dashboards to track the right metrics that lead to actionable insights.
  • Maintain responsiveness during work hours, ensuring prompt attention to any issues or when stakeholders seek your assistance; step up unless engaged in more important matters.
  • Be comfortable in the day-to-day product workflow and execution of new features; being involved in the testing and delivery of new features to make sure there are no critical issues.
  • Create high quality and precise PRD to increase the speed and quality of tech team’s development
  • Support the research and analysis of the competitive landscape, customers, product metrics, and latest internet trends to identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth and conversion.
  • Working closely with engineering, marketing, finance, operations, and external stakeholders to implement new features and enhancements.
  • Analyze product and business data to extract actionable insights; embedding these insights to formulate clear action items and product strategy.

Rewuirements

  • At least Bachelor’s Degree from top local or overseas universities with preferred GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale. Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business field is an advantage. MBA degree and consulting experience is a plus.
  • Passion in data-driven product development; have a biased instinct to be data-driven when making decisions.
  • Preferably someone that has a product background, but if the person is excellent (driven, smart, has a high ownership), it’s pretty fine if they don’t have any product background.
  • Demonstrate high ownership by independently driving tasks, taking responsibility for all aspects related to your product and adeptly coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong intuitions of user behaviors.
  • Solid oral and written communication skills (both English and Indonesian).
  • Able to grasp and break down complex context quickly; comfortable in doing RCA analysis & growth tree visualization using MECE framework.
  • Data-minded whenever possible. You deeply understand how your products work and how to measure long-term impact. You know every step of the funnel. You can design, run, and interpret experiments and A/B tests, and probably know a bit of SQL.
  • You can “rewire” your brain to think like a real business owner would and are genuinely interested in understanding their behaviour and motivations.
  • Impeccable follow-through. You say what you’ll do, and do what you say. You hold your team to this standard. You don’t let details slip.
  • You listen well. You build consensus by default, but can drive hard decisions when needed. You push the pace. You take blame and pass on praise. People love working with you.
