This is a remote position.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Public Health, Hospital management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience of at least 2 years as an Associate Product Manager, preferably digital health sector.
SKILL SETS:
- Product Management: Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Communication: Effective communication skills for conveying ideas, presenting product updates, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Skill in collaborating with various stakeholders, including developers, designers, and end-users.
- User-Centric Mindset: Focus on user needs, with the ability to empathize and gather insights through user research.
- Project Management: Basic project management skills to assist in planning, monitoring progress, and keeping timelines on track.

Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the organization’s existing products or services, if any, and their impact on the target audience.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities within the non-profit sector. Analyze data to inform product decisions.
- User Research: Engage with end-users, beneficiaries, and stakeholders to gather feedback and understand their needs, pain points, and expectations.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to document product requirements, prioritize features, and define user stories and use cases.
- Product Development Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers, to help translate requirements into actionable development tasks. Assist in the creation of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Documentation: Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and feature specifications.
- Feedback Loop: Continuously gather feedback from users and stakeholders and use this information to iterate on product features and improvements.
- Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and timelines to both internal and external stakeholders.
