Description:

As our Product Manager, you’ll be the champion of a strategic Patent Renewals product line and play a pivotal role in shaping its future. You’ll be responsible for owning the product vision, defining the roadmap, and driving its success through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. You’ll be the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are at the heart of every decision.

ABOUT YOU – EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS

  • 2-5 Years’ experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a software and services environment.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience with agile development processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
  • Knowledge of Intellectual Property would be beneficial although not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Vision and Strategy: Define the long-term roadmap for our platform, ensuring it aligns with our overall business goals and anticipates future needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market needs, customer feedback, and business goals.
  • Create and maintain a clear and prioritized backlog of well written user stories, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and roadmap.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality software and services on time and within budget.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that user needs and expectations are understood and addressed in the product development process.
  • Lead sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, providing guidance and direction to the development team.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product releases.
  • Engage with customers and gather feedback to drive product improvements and iterate on existing features.
  • Foster a collaborative and transparent team culture, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
