WHO WE NEED

Personify is seeking an Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our team to execute the Product Roadmap for the MemberClicks Professional, Association Management System (AMS), an all-in-one solution for small to mid-size mission-minded organizations. The Associate Product Manager will work closely with Director of Product and the cross-functional engineering team responsible for maintaining and growing the product, prioritizing work for the engineers and reviewing and communicating product updates to the rest of the company.

WHAT YOU BRING

Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years experience working directly with customers in a customer service, training, or technical role, preferably in the SaaS or Association/Non-profit industry
Advanced general software skills, including use of multiple applications to manage daily tasks and a solid technical understanding of software operations
Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
