REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing pharmaceutical products.
• Strong ability to collect and interpret market data effectively.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering outstanding products.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and align product strategy and roadmap.
• Perform detailed market research and competitive analysis to recognise potential opportunities and obstacles in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns using a combination of digital and traditional channels to increase product adoption and drive revenue growth.
• Work closely with the R&D team to provide input and insights during the product development process.
• Monitor product performance, analyse data, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide product training and support, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively compete in the market.
• Establish and nurture strong connections with influential individuals and professionals in the pharmaceutical field.
