REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing pharmaceutical products.
- Strong ability to collect and interpret market data effectively.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering outstanding products.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and align product strategy and roadmap.
- Perform detailed market research and competitive analysis to recognise potential opportunities and obstacles in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns using a combination of digital and traditional channels to increase product adoption and drive revenue growth.
- Work closely with the R&D team to provide input and insights during the product development process.
- Monitor product performance, analyse data, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide product training and support, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively compete in the market.
- Establish and nurture strong connections with influential individuals and professionals in the pharmaceutical field.
