Description:
About the opportunity
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager (all genders) to join the Logistics Rider Rewards and Incentives team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
As the Product Manager for Rewards, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for all rider short term and long term rewards services including loyalty, retention rate, and scoring topics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product designers, engineers, and product analysts to deliver high-quality products that meet business objectives in more than 75 markets.
YOUR HEROIC SKILLS
- 4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus in logistics.
- High standard for execution; track record of successfully launching and constantly improving innovative products, on web and/or mobile devices (iOS/Android)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data to back up assumptions, recommendations, and to drive prioritization on initiatives
- Ability to weigh competing priorities, pushback on stakeholders, and evaluate product requests and opportunities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and lead across functional boundaries and across multiple verticals
- Experience with A/B testing and/or other lean testing methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on-time and within budget
