Responsibilities:
- Champion the company values and the product vision (the right care at the right time for patients)
- Acquire deep knowledge of customer needs and the clinical space to productively interface with expert clinicians as we build out additional product features for Tempus Next
- Provide guidance and support to the engineering team as they execute development work
- Write detailed feature requirements for the engineering, QA, and design teams to fully understand the scope of functionality and business drivers, so they can estimate and deliver in a timely manner with high-quality
- Support training of our custom-built natural language processing engine with new clinical terms
- Design and validate custom reports for sales and account management teams, working closely with Data Viz Analyst
- Dive into the details – from business logic to the high-level technical perspective – effectively turning high-level ideas and requirements into functional/technical specifications
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with all groups in the organization over the entire product development lifecycle from requirements gathering to release to rollout training (Reporting, Account Management, Engineering, Sales, and Research teams)
- Collaborate and work with the Compliance team to ensure continuing compliance and service as security contact for the Product team
