Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

The Associate Product Owner position will be responsible for gathering requirements, understanding technical hurdles and writing Jira stories in support of our Product team. This is an opportunity to join a small, enthusiastic, and growing Product team within the larger organization. This role will contribute to discovery and development of solutions, ultimately contributing to the organization’s long-term success and competitive edge. The ideal candidate will be a proficient planner with attention to detail, an exceptional communicator, and an elite analyst, skilled in both investigating advanced system solutions and assessing their influences.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gain a deep understanding of the products we will be launching and coordinate with the product team to launch products that will be marketed to the transportation & logistics industries.
  • Support team accountability by driving our working agreement
  • Operate and participate within the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS).
  • Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation.
  • Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations.
  • Partner with product/engineering teams and key stakeholders to identify customer challenges and product improvements.
  • Assist in requirements gathering and participate in Agile development rituals like story refinement meetings with the development team.
  • Help conduct user research, craft user surveys, and build user tests to get insights on prototypes.
  • Identify specific business opportunities and ways to capitalize on them.
  • Gather, review and analyze data in Google Analytics, Pendo, and other internal reporting dashboards to understand how users interact with the product.
