JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Liaise with buyers on orders and to create SAP PO and update receiving schedule
  • Liaise with overseas/ local suppliers and transporters on delivery arrangements to the respective warehouses
  • Rectify stocks issue from incoming shipment or deliveries
  • Generate Weekly and Ad Hoc Report
  • Monitor stocks to ensure FP SAP inventory is in sync with warehouse WMS inventory regularly
  • Manage stock rotation based on FIFO expiry dates with warehouse personnel
  • Liaise with buyers and customers on B2B sales order processing & stocks collection/delivery arrangement, followed by completing whole sales order process completion
  • Advise on any inventory-related enquiries
  • Other Inventory related tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Business or any other relevant
  • Previous working experience in the retail industry preferred but not compulsory
  • Ability to communicate with others effectively
  • Able to multitask and manage tight timelines
  • Good decision making skills and respond to high-pressure situations
  • Keen eye for details
