JOB DESCRIPTION
- Liaise with buyers on orders and to create SAP PO and update receiving schedule
- Liaise with overseas/ local suppliers and transporters on delivery arrangements to the respective warehouses
- Rectify stocks issue from incoming shipment or deliveries
- Generate Weekly and Ad Hoc Report
- Monitor stocks to ensure FP SAP inventory is in sync with warehouse WMS inventory regularly
- Manage stock rotation based on FIFO expiry dates with warehouse personnel
- Liaise with buyers and customers on B2B sales order processing & stocks collection/delivery arrangement, followed by completing whole sales order process completion
- Advise on any inventory-related enquiries
- Other Inventory related tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Business or any other relevant
- Previous working experience in the retail industry preferred but not compulsory
- Ability to communicate with others effectively
- Able to multitask and manage tight timelines
- Good decision making skills and respond to high-pressure situations
- Keen eye for details
