QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS Degree in Business Administration/Computer Science or equivalent technical certifications
  • Experience in ISP Support, Help Desk Support or related positions
  • Passionate about technology and security
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, routing, DNS, DHCP, and security protocols
  • Awareness about security controls, functions and architecture
  • Fluent in Spanish and English language
  • Strong verbal, written, and personal communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems in a technical environment
  • Ability to demonstrate good customer diplomacy skills and problem ownership
  • Must be eligible to work in Colombia without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities:

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about interacting with customers to deliver Check Point’s best of breed security services to our customers.

  • Entry level position providing technical support in the designated customer environments
  • Provide support to customers by executing standard changes and handling of incidents in Co-operation with Check Point’s Support teams worldwide
  • Collaborate with local technical teams to assure and improve the high service delivery quality
  • On-time delivery of assigned jobs in-house or on-site
  • Document services provided and submit mission reports in a timely manner
  • Continuously willing to improve skills and knowledge based on the training offerings
  • Willing to travel for face-to-face interviews and meetings
  • Willing to travel for technical training
