JOB SUMMARY

The Associate Program Manager (APM) will fulfill a critical role in the management and coordination of CAMP’s service activities with a key business partner. The APM will act as a liaison between CAMP and a leading engine manufacturer in the business and general aviation industry to enhance communication and coordination in support of the delivery of CAMP’s core services and the execution of contractual commitments. The APM will interact with both internal and external stakeholders, taking on the added responsibility of integrating CAMP’s core technical capabilities with its industry partner. In doing so, the APM will work closely with technical subject matter experts and customer support teams, as well as members of the product management and software development teams.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant technical field or industry or business, knowledge of gas turbine engine performance and/or business aviation industry a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or closely related field. A combination of education and experience in aviation or a relevant field will be considered.
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Outstanding data analysis skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience working in an Agile software environment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with many moving parts where information, resources and priorities can change quickly, and where information must be readily digested and decision made expeditiously
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse and complex stakeholders, including interacting, gaining credibility, building relationships with, and influencing others at all levels of the organization
  • Must be proactive problem solver with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed in order to meet deadlines
  • Exceptional listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, structured thinking and execution
