QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extensive project management experience.
- Ability to lead successful projects and manage client relationships.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
- Experience in the built environment sector preferred.
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
- Additional experience in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and procurement strategies beneficial.

- Manage project finances and procurement.
- Oversee design team leadership and risk management.
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction.
- Chair progress and coordination meetings.
- Provide regular project reports to clients.
