THE ROLE

As an Associate Project Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You have the opportunity be part of a highly skilled and dynamic Project Management team, jointly responsible for the output of Military equipment to a high standard, working with our Army partners as well as internal functions. You will need to be open minded, have an eye for detail and be forward thinking, seeking opportunities for improvement for yourself, those around you and the wider Projects and Programmes. Always taking the safety of the entire team into consideration.

Day-to-day, you’ll manage the day-to-day elements of the project(s) and must be competent in managing key aspects of a project i.e., safety, scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality and resources to achieve a project’s agreed objectives. Projects can include elements within MRO-4, Contract Change Notices (CCNs), complex land tasks or change initiatives. You’ll support the business by delivering key project management functions in support of the overall project delivery, enabling the business to deliver the output.

  • Deliver key project management functions in support of the Project Manager and overall project delivery.
  • Project reporting – Excel, PowerPoint
  • Work with and alongside the Integrated Project Team (IPT) to assist in delivering projects safely and to time, cost and quality

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 4 days in the office/onsite and 1 day working from home and is based at Bovington.
