About the Role
The Associate Project Manager is responsible for providing project support and for managing the delivery of smaller, lower risk or less complex projects or supporting larger more complex projects. This role involves ensuring preparation/delivery completion of smaller projects to appropriate quality standards within budget, schedule and scope. The Associate Project Manager provides coordination and support for all project management activities, including resources scheduling, utilisation reporting, project workspace creation and financial management support.
We are seeking an Associate Project Manager with some solid Business Analyst skills to ensure that all Projects are delivered to the highest quality standard, within scope, in budget and on time.

The role will suit a Senior Project Co-ordinator with extensive experience looking after customer (external) projects.
What you’ll do

As Associate Project Manager, you are accountable for, but not limited to:

  • Responsible for Project Delivery
  • Document and technical writing and formatting.
  • Assist in scoping and planning of analysis activities, ensuring clear understanding of the work is captured.
  • Work with the team in a range of broad Business Analysis activities across a diverse range of business to assist stakeholder management and capturing of business needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders

What you’ll bring
To be successful in this role you must be an Australian citizen and be willing to obtain or possess a AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance or higher.

You will be able to demonstrate

  • 2-5yrs work experience in a project co-ordination role
  • Strong client focus.
  • Demonstrated planning and organisational skills including exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks at one time, achieve required outcomes and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to successfully deliver projects, coming in on time, to scope, quality and within budget.
