ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an Associate Project Manager (APM) who is a great communicator with an eye for organization and proficiency to coordinate the execution of multiple enterprise-level projects.
The Associate Project Manager is a key role for successful delivery for our clients. The APM is responsible for coordinating and planning deliverables and monitoring project performance. Working both as an individual contributor and collaboratively, this role supports the team to provide excellent overall client experience – from meeting quality requirements to on-time delivery expectations.
The ideal candidate for this role understands project management principles and process groups (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, closing) and has a working knowledge of digital marketing in a fast-moving agile environment. This person is a self-starter who is organized and demonstrates good interpersonal communication skills, is solutions-driven, and can work effectively on cross-functional teams.
To be considered, candidates must reside and be eligible to work in Argentina and are required to be fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the VP Operations, the APM will have the following responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Develop and lead the execution of project plans and cross-team coordination of internal stakeholders to deliver on the agency’s strategic initiative.
  • Capture project requirements and ensure full understanding of deliverables.
  • Manage all aspects of a project: scope, risk, schedule, budget, quality, lead communication effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Frequently manage project performance and provide reporting to internal teams.
  • Document meeting outcomes including key decisions to share with internal teams.
  • Development of process documents and deliverables.
  • Vendor relationship management and follow-up, such as new vendor onboarding requests, billing reconciliation with the finance team.
  • Proactively identify obstacles and risks that could impact project deliverables, budget, and resources.
  • Track lessons learned and suggested areas for improvement in internal and external processes along with possible solutions.
  • Collaborate with resource managers and team members to prioritize and schedule work.
