Based on our continued growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Consultant within our Diabsolut division affiliate of Empowerists.
We are looking for an Associate Consultant to join our Professional Services team, who will report to the Senior Manager. This position Associate Consultant is 100% remote; We welcome applicants residing in the United States who are open to remote work opportunities.
As a member of Diabsolut, the Associate Consultant will work within defined project teams to perform the technical implementation and you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation, customization, and optimization of Salesforce & Certinia PSA solutions for our clients. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and helping businesses achieve their objectives through innovative solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and document complex business processes.

REQUIREMENT & SKILLS:

• Passion for technology and eagerness to learn Salesforce platform and related technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with clients.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Basic understanding of databases, programming languages (such as Apex or Java), and web technologies is a plus.

• Collaborate with clients and senior consultants to gather and document business requirements, understanding their processes and objectives.
• Assist in designing Salesforce solutions tailored to meet client needs, including configurations, customizations, and integrations. Support senior consultants in implementing Salesforce solutions, including configuring Salesforce modules, building custom applications, and migrating data.
• Learn to customize Salesforce features such as workflows, process builder, custom objects, fields, and page layouts under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Provide assistance in delivering training sessions and supporting users to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce within client organizations.
• Assist in documenting requirements, design decisions, configurations, and customizations to maintain clarity and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Continuously learn about Salesforce technologies, best practices, and industry trends to enhance your skills and contribute effectively to client projects.
