These individuals will acquire the knowledge and skills to work competently within the mental health system after their Clinical Internship/Practicum Program. Associate Psychologists will be integrated into our interdisciplinary clinical team while enriching each other’s experience through an interchange of ideas and perspectives while working collaboratively.
Casa Counseling/Consejeria provides training each month to further our clinical staff’s breadth of knowledge and enrichment, ultimately allowing them to better serve their client’s needs. Training include in-house presentations on intervention strategies, best practices, and more. Outside presentations include training from local law enforcement, attorneys, and community partners.
Mental Health Community Clinic- Casa Counseling/Consejeria, a division of Casa de la Familia, has a low-cost therapy program that gives many the opportunity to receive counseling services according to their family income.
