Associate Psychologist (Clinical)

Location: Caldecott Work days: Monday - Friday, office hours Contract: 1 year

• Arranging client interviews
• Conducting brief screening interviews for participants prior to the start of their treatment.
• Administering evaluation battery to clients
• Preparing and facilitating group-based activities.
• Tracking of clients’ treatment progress through recording and uploading of case notes.
• Preparing of treatment reports and updating programme manual
• Conducting literature reviews
• Assisting in the conduct of focus groups
• Transcription of audio/video recordings and perform data entry
• Setting up of databases and/or dashboards
• Data analysis
• Monitoring research data collection progress
• Curate and verify quality of collected data while ensuring data security
• Draft reports/presentations for research project updates
• Developing and designing materials learning materials like info-posters, e-learning modules, and workshops to support efforts to improve implementation and evaluation practices among stakeholders

Job Requirements

• Singaporean
• Degree in Psychology (Second class and above)
• Candidates should possess an understanding of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Interest in working with the offending population
• Willing to work a maximum of two weekday evenings per week (flexible working hours will apply)
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Due to work from home arrangement, candidates must have a private space to conduct video conferencing sessions to ensure data confidentiality
• Proficiency in data analytics software (e.g., SPSS, R, STATA) is a plus.
• Experience with online data collection platforms is a plus
• Experience with digital communication / design software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
