We are looking for an Associate based in Raleigh, North Carolina, to join our team as we expand our client base in the United States.

JOB SUMMARY:

As an Associate, you are at the center of Inex One. Your job is to help our users get a fantastic user experience. With a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach, you’ll work closely with the world’s leading investment funds, strategy consulting firms, hedge funds, market research firms and blue-chip corporations, making sure that they are satisfied and get the most out of the platform.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Holds a Bachelor degree
  • Experience within Customer Success or Account Management
  • Enjoy building relationships, networking and creating new connections
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable adapting to new opportunities and change, and like taking initiative and drive projects

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead Inex One’s growth in the US
  • Build and manage strong relationships with Inex One’s clients and suppliers (expert networks and survey providers)
  • Develop an understanding of typical business challenges faced by clients and suppliers
  • Grow accounts by expanding usage within existing client organizations, ensure that all users get good benefit from the platform
  • Monitor customer usage data, health indicators, growth opportunities and design plans for developing helpful tools
  • Conduct outreach to marketing-qualified leads
  • Work closely with the technical, product and sales teams to continue to improve user experience
